Calling out Yuval Levental

This is really getting out of hand. I can’t stand people who lie about Autism, and the latest fool who has to be brought down a peg or ten is East Lansing, Michigan resident Yuval Levental.

My focus in this blog entry is about his tweets on Twitter. Now I can only see his original tweets and retweets (some of which had replies that could be seen I would point out) and not his responses due to the fact that I am not on Twitter, but there’s been enough there since the beginning of 2019 to know that he is dangerous.

It achieves what it says! Inclusion in the American university system for Autistics who otherwise could not get a look in! Levental is opposed to this obviously!

Here we go again trying to undermine the Bill Gates Autism DX. And another user got him a beauty with proof and he ignored it!

It was proof he has Autistic traits! And when these specific traits were pointed out?

Yes – for an Autistic person!!

I only caught this reply because Levental retweeted it, and Steve Silberman did NOT lie! Levental hasn’t proven his case in that regard at all!

He never said that! He said and I quote “Remember when America was capable of doing truly awesome things, instead of blundering and blathering across the world stage and exporting racist lies?” And don’t forget – given his Wikipedia conduct from awhile back over the White Pride and Black Pride articles, Levental has already shown himself to be a closet racist!

I’ll have a look at this blog entry if I have time, and as some may know I’m not much of a fan of Attwood nowadays due to his support of hate speech (calling it “venting”) and his support of the non existent Cassandra Syndrome. But he has got a number of things right.

Hopefully Attwood ignores him.

The link goes to an article on the National Library of Medicine website in America which Levental willfully misinterprets. It speaks of genetic conditions that are NOT part of humanity’s natural variation. Autism IS part of that natural variation!

No, it’s because you should not be eating gluten free food without the help of a nutritionist! Lowering energy is a bad response that should not be treated like he has! Gluten Free is a quack treatment for Autism and should not be used for that purpose as it is inviting nutritional difficulties that can be avoided with proper guidance.

I put this here because I want Levental to see it. I’m calling you out. It’s time you learned the truth about Autism because as of right now, you don’t. You’re promoting the wrong people as reliable sources about Autism, when you should be listening to those who have taken the time to understand what it really is. People like Steve Silbermen, Ari Ne’eman, the rest of the ASAN executive, John Elder Robison……and me. Not biased bitter unresponsive fools like Mitchell, Clements and their ilk. Neurodiversity exists (see the page on this blog for the correct definition) and that is that.

(And I know you’re looking, Levental! Defend yourself in the comments! Stop hiding like a coward!)

  1. I will not read “theories” that support that quack Andrew Wakefield in it’s writings. That’s an auto fail. Samanto Hermes can nick off with that hate link. Clark can also nick off as he’s been banned already.

  2. Okay fine, I will comment. First of all, you said “In future, please tell Mr Levental to stop making complaints on behalf of others. I say again, if the Mitchell’s Gadfly blog is in any way illegal it is up to Mr Mitchell or his legitimate legal representative to make the complaint. Mr Levental is not a lawyer so therefore he can not be Mr Mitchell’s legal representative.” Show me legal proof that this is true.

Additionally, please quote from Jonathan Mitchell where he writes that he is against support services.

    1. Good. Finally we can talk.

First of all it’s up to you to prove you are Mitchell’s legal representative, not me. If you are not his legal representative you can not make legal complaints on his behalf to anyone. It’s the same as doing it in court which you are equally not allowed to do.

You aren’t a lawyer, so you can’t do it. It’s that simple.

      Mitchell has persistently complained about taxpayer’s money being spent on anything other than research into a cure for Autism. In his blog entry that I was responding to he said;

“Are JER’s proposals to spend millions more on taxpayer dollars, based on a model of two different troubling epidemiologic studies worth it? Is this a person who should be making policy recommendations for autism at taxpayer expense? Autism’s Gadfly does not think so.”

That imputes rather than states Mitchell’s opposition to support services – but imputation and statement are the same thing for the purposes of forming an opinion. Mitchell’s wrong anyway as always. It is worth it. Mitchell should check his calendar. It’s 2019 – not 1969! everything he learned about the system then is not applicable now.

Oh, and we need Neurodiversity – because it is a natural part of the human race. There is no such thing as the “Neurodoversity movement”. And it’s your fault you didn’t become a genius. You were lazy. So was I when I was your age and you don’t see me whining about it. I blew it. So did you. I had an excuse. I didn’t know I was Autistic. You did. You still are Autistic and you always will be. The botox removed a sensory overload hence the improvement as an example.

Now stay off my website using Google Translate or anything. It’s trespassing because you have been banned from it and that is a criminal offence. I have an appointment with a lawyer next week to follow up on it as well. I have a right to Freedom of Speech and you have no right to stop it. I will criticise Mitchell, you and anyone else who threatens the Autistic community by lying about it. Mitchell has, and so have you. Neither of you really understand it and don’t want to. That goes for Canby as well by the way. This hurts the education process leading to tolerance and understanding and consequently the best support services and jobs for those who can work, presently difficult to get because employers refuse to employ us because we aren’t social. That’s not a valid excuse and it should be made illegal. Society is still against us because of people like you, Mitchell and the others – Escher, Almaliti, Singer, Ginger Taylor et al – put it over as bad when it’s only bad for you because you made it so, not Autism. Same with the others making stupid mistakes that harmed their own kids and others in the process. There is a lot that you don’t know and obviously don’t want to know as all you are interested in is a cure and one that should be forced on people. What should be forced on people is understanding and acceptance of diversity in all it’s forms, including neurodiversity. You’re lucky it can’t be.

      1. But I’m not representing him as a lawyer in a court, I am representing him on a private web host.

With regards to the quote, he is talking about adult prevalence studies, which he says is not possible. Not all social services in general. http://autismgadfly.blogspot.com/2019/04/problems-with-adult-autism-and.html

As for the “genius” aspect, multiple sources state that the autism unemployment rate is very high, around 80%, so I am actually quite lucky that I got as far as I did. This is the new treatment that I am undergoing at this time: https://corticalchauvinism.com/2019/04/15/yuval-levental-probiotics-prebiotics-and-autism/

It is debated whether visiting a public website is considered “trespassing”. For instance, “Rather than saying it’s a crime to merely visit a public website after being told not to do so, the Ninth Circuit could be saying it’s a crime to access a password-protected account on a public website after being told not to do so.” So your site would have to require registration for that to be illegal (https://www.lexology.com/library/detail.aspx?g=de81a713-f552-4180-ad5a-a9c83d17d352). Your case may just be dismissed.

“all you are interested in is a cure and one that should be forced on people.” I might have said that a long time ago, but I was only joking.

      2. “There is a lot that you don’t know and obviously don’t want to know as all you are interested in is a cure and one that should be forced on people.” and “Society is still against us because of people like you, Mitchell and the others – Escher, Almaliti, Singer, Ginger Taylor et al – put it over as bad when it’s only bad for you because you made it so, not Autism.” are statements that could be considered defamatory.

        1. “But I’m not representing him as a lawyer in a court, I am representing him on a private web host.”

Doesn’t matter. You’re representing a legal issue (defamation) and you have no right on behalf of another person when you aren’t a lawyer.

“With regards to the quote, he is talking about adult prevalence studies, which he says is not possible. Not all social services in general.”

It IS possible, and I said he IMPUTED – so in fact what you said backs up what I said.

“As for the “genius” aspect, multiple sources state that the autism unemployment rate is very high, around 80%, so I am actually quite lucky that I got as far as I did.”

No you weren’t lucky with your education. But that’s not the point. The genius aspect I was talking about was from a lot earlier in your education. The high unemployment rate is due to employer apathy and lack of understanding – you should be fighting for employment the same way people like me, Ari Ne’eman and others are doing, and not siding with Mitchell and just give uplike he has.

“This is the new treatment that I am undergoing at this time: https://corticalchauvinism.com/2019/04/15/yuval-levental-probiotics-prebiotics-and-autism/

Waste of time and money. You got rid of a sensory overload with your botox, and that’s the best you’ll get.

“It is debated whether visiting a public website is considered “trespassing”. For instance, “Rather than saying it’s a crime to merely visit a public website after being told not to do so, the Ninth Circuit could be saying it’s a crime to access a password-protected account on a public website after being told not to do so.” So your site would have to require registration for that to be illegal. Your case may just be dismissed.”

Except that – and you’ve seen it as you were on the page yesterday – I have explicitly stated on my legal page that coming onto this site once banned (at which point it ceases to be a public site for the banned person – in this case you) IS trespassing. That is a form of registration that you were talking about, and is recognised as such AFAIK in Australia.

“”all you are interested in is a cure and one that should be forced on people.” I might have said that a long time ago, but I was only joking.”

I don’t believe you, especially in the context of where you said it. The editing you’ve done at Wikipedia in spots proves that you were serious.

“”There is a lot that you don’t know and obviously don’t want to know as all you are interested in is a cure and one that should be forced on people.” and “Society is still against us because of people like you, Mitchell and the others – Escher, Almaliti, Singer, Ginger Taylor et al – put it over as bad when it’s only bad for you because you made it so, not Autism.” are statements that could be considered defamatory.”

LMAO! So come at me with a lawsuit! I’ll slaughter you in court and I won’t even need a lawyer – three successful prosecutions with a fourth on the way. I have your exact quote recorded – “A better amendment would be to make Autism illegal, and the punishment would be a forcible cure or attempted cure” – and all your conduct on Wikipedia is in the process of being recorded as well. You can not deny you put Autism over as bad on that basis alone, trying to get the articles on perfectly good and notable people deleted as one example (and failing thankfully as other editors there knew you were trying to snow them). Get off my website and stay off. It’s clear you aren’t there to learn. All you’re trying to do is find a way to get my site taken down. Give up now. It’s staying and there’s not a thing you can do about it as everything on there is legal and above board.

    2. You’re a damn fool, Levenshort. Where the hell is your understanding of the First Amendment? Freedom of speech, sidewinder, and Phil as it as much as anyone. Yeah even you. But I’m a retired lawyer and I can confirm what Phil said as correct. You don’t have a Power of Attorney over John Mitchell, so you can’t make any sort of legal representation on his behalf unless you’re a lawyer yourself. That is just the way it is and always have been. It’s an unwritten rule of legal issues in and out of the courts. You can’t complain about what Phil says about anyone else. You can only complain about what he says about you, and even then you don’t have a leg to stand on because Phil is speaking what he believe to be the truth, or it’s verified opinion – as with Mitchell not supporting services because “they are a waste of taxpayer’s money”. He’s said that lots of times and Phil has called him out every single damn time!

Tell me, what have you done to promote Autism? How many government enquiries have you made contributions to? Where’s your website? Where’s your blog? Wikipedia doesn’t count. You’re doing nothing except try and deprive people of their right to speak. Damn you to hell, sidewinder!

      1. “Where the hell is your understanding of the First Amendment?” If Phil’s website host wishes to ban his website, they have every right to do so. They are a private company and can do what they wish.

“It’s an unwritten rule of legal issues in and out of the courts.” If it’s unwritten, I have every right to complain.

        1. “If Phil’s website host wishes to ban his website, they have every right to do so. They are a private company and can do what they wish.”
And at this point in time they have told you to talk to me, and not bother them with your frivolous complaints! That’s also their choice and the right one as well. They aren’t going to ban my website because I’m doing nothing wrong – proven.
“If it’s unwritten, I have every right to complain.”
No you don’t! It’s called the spirit of the law if I’m interpreting Tex correctly! Your ONLY right to complain lies in whether or not I’ve said something about YOU. No one else! Tex knows. He’s a retired lawyer. I know it as well because I’m a recognised paralegal. You are neither, and I’m smart enough to know that I can’t represent anyone else but me in legal matters in ANY capacity. If for instance you said something defamatory about my mother, I couldn’t do a thing about it! It would be up to her! The most I could do is alert her to it. That’s what you should be doing with Mitchell. Alerting him to it, and leaving it up to him. If he chooses not to act, that’s the end of that! Stop acting on his behalf because THAT is what you have NO RIGHT to do. And my website provider agrees with me!

      2. The email said “Please be advise to contact the registrant for thorough explanations.” This means that I should contact you for more details, not that I can’t contact them.

I can still complain if it’s determined that your website violates your host’s terms of service.

        1. You don’t determine if my website has breached my providers Terms of Service. They do. The reason they referred you to me is simple – your complaints were frivolous and I explained why. They have accepted my reasons. As of now, you have to refer any complaints to me. Complaints to them are a waste of time – my website content is fine and legal. Disagree? Prove it. Oh wait – I found a way to block your use of translators! As Tex said I have my right to free speech and I am using it. The only way you can prove defamation now is in court. No other way, because you have already shown that you don’t know what defamation is.

    3. EVERYBODY knows Jonathan Mitchell is against support services, Yuval! Get with it!
